Dear steve,
I am writing to tell you how much i appreciate the support and patience of the Dog Agility Training team at Crossroads Kennels. My collie, as you know, is very vocal and can bark continuously during agility - except when he runs the course. To say i find this stressful, embarressing and frustrating is an understatement. During one very bad session Sarah realised it was getting too much for me and she immediately and quietly took over the situation. She assured me she understood how i felt and knew how exhausting the constant battle with a dog can be. To have somebody believe in me and understand how stressed i get by my dog\\\'s behaviour made me
feel respected and a normal human being again. So thank you very much Sarah and indeed all of the team for your helpfulness and caring attitude.

| Dog Training and Boarding - Hi all, if anyone is looking for dog training or a one to one trainer then go to steve at Crossroads. Steve and all of his team are fantastic, great trainers, friendly, helpful and listen to your needs. By far the best I've ever come across. Also we put our Dogue De Bordeaux "Buster" in their kennels when we have just a day out or go on holiday and again fantastic service can never be faulted. Buster loves going there like a holiday. Think he likes the girls! Anyway a 10/10 trainer and kennels, keep it going and you will do well. |

| Dog Agility Training - I am a 3 year old English Springer Spaniel. I have been going to fun agility classes at Crossroads Kennels for a couple of months now and i absolutely love it! Steve, Charlotte, Sarah and Jay all very friendly and encouraging. My mum says doing agility has helped us both - my recall is much better and the bond between us has got much stronger. I find it very difficult to "sit and stay" as i just want to get on and run the course, although i do lose my concentration a bit as there are so many good smells about!
